Exchange policy

We offer a 14-day exchange. All items must be completely undamaged, unworn and in the original box and pouch it came in.

Please note we cannot refund or exchange earrings because of hygiene reasons. This policy is there for the protection and health of the customers. However, we are able to refund such items if it is faulty or damaged upon arrival. 

Return policy

We offer a 14-day returns policy. Please contact us within this timeframe with your order number with a brief explanation of why you are returning the goods. We allow refunds on all items except final sale items. We do not refund shipping fees for returns.
